Job Highlights
About the Role
• Provide sales and prescription support for Water End‑User accounts. • Conduct customer visits with account managers to prescribe and close System Drive opportunities. • Serve as System Drives subject‑matter expert for targeted accounts. • Coordinate cross‑border activities such as vendor list approvals and multi‑geography opportunities. • Ensure System Drives are on approved vendor lists and manage approval processes with customers and support teams. • Partner with account managers, tendering and LOB to create commercial offers meeting customer specifications. • Deliver technical training to engineers, customer personnel, internal sales and industry professionals. • Drive System Drives sales by sharing application knowledge with engineers, salespeople and channel partners. • Collect market trends, segment data and customer feedback to inform portfolio enhancements.

Become an IMPACT Maker with Schneider Electric – apply today! • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Mechanical acceptable) and ≥5 years experience with variable speed drives. • Cross‑functional background in sales, marketing and engineering. • Ability to work across time zones and influence without direct authority. • Strong independent and collaborative work style, meeting established timelines. • Excellent problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in Metals, Mining, Minerals, Water or Chemicals sectors, or EPC/process equipment manufacturers. • Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
