About the Role
The Senior Architect will conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts and criteria, and prepare related reports. They will review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by designers, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Additional duties include providing technical consultations, writing construction specifications, preparing equipment and material requisitions, interfacing with suppliers, performing bid analyses, coordinating with engineering and construction units on‑site, and issuing approved design and construction drawings with professional seal when required. • Conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts, and prepare reports • Review and approve CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, and construction documents • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements • Provide technical consultations and write construction specifications • Prepare equipment and material requisitions and interface with suppliers • Perform technical bid analyses and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams • Issue sealed professional drawings and oversee on‑site construction coordination • Mentor junior architects and designers and develop staffing estimates • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies through conferences and subscriptions

The position also involves guiding junior architects and designers, staying current with emerging technologies through subscriptions and conferences, and preparing staffing estimates and execution plans. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, 8‑10 years of experience on large‑scale projects with overall responsibility for architectural engineering, expertise in design, production techniques, codes, building materials, and construction methods, as well as proficiency in 2‑D and 3‑D CAD tools. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in architecture with 8‑10 years of large‑scale project experience • Demonstrated expertise in 2‑D/3‑D CAD tools, hospitality projects, and international design guides
