The Assistant Apartment Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a 120‑unit affordable housing property in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is responsible for resident well‑being, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring smooth office and property management functions. • Foster positive tenant relations and resolve resident concerns. • Advertise vacancies, conduct property tours, and manage lease agreements. • Assist with rent collection and expense tracking to ensure financial stability. • Coordinate purchasing, contracting, and maintenance activities for property upkeep. • Monitor compliance with affordable housing regulations at all government levels. • Organize community events, workshops, and services to strengthen resident engagement.

What You Bring
