About the Role

The role focuses on generating sales opportunities for Johnson Controls’ HVAC product range within the data‑center vertical, managing forecasts and pipelines, delivering technical sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with end‑users, consultants and contractors. • Generate sales opportunities for HVAC products in assigned region • Achieve allocated AOP / sales targets • Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline • Develop and deliver technical sales presentations • Negotiate offers and contract terms, including legal and financial aspects • Identify and suggest cost‑saving improvements • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with end‑users, consultants, contractors, and architects • Conduct market research for competitive intelligence • Analyze cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities

What You Bring

Ideal candidates bring over 12 years of HVAC sales experience, preferably within the data‑center market, strong GTM and technical knowledge, proven negotiation and networking abilities, and the ability to work proactively with minimal guidance while influencing cross‑functional teams. • 12+ years of HVAC sales experience • Experience handling data‑center customer accounts • Strong understanding of GTM strategies for HVAC in data‑center markets • Knowledge of cooling plants and related accessories (preferred) • Strong market connections in the NCR region • Excellent techno‑commercial negotiation skills • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Proactive with ability to work with minimal guidance • Strong networking abilities • Proficient in MS Office
