About the Role

The Concierge reports to the Business Office Director and is a non‑exempt, hourly position with a part‑time schedule on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The role provides a positive first impression to everyone entering the community, offers information to support sales and marketing, and handles incoming calls while providing clerical support to all departments. Key duties include answering and screening calls courteously, receiving and processing mail, maintaining emergency phone‑number logs and resident face sheets, monitoring security alarms and the front‑door system, ordering and restocking office supplies, and assisting the Business Office Director with various administrative tasks. • Answer and screen all incoming calls courteously. • Receive and process community mail. • Maintain and update emergency phone number log and resident emergency face sheets. • Monitor security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door security. • Order and restock office supplies as needed. • Assist Business Office Director with assigned administrative tasks.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a high‑school diploma (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, experience working with a senior population, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) plus the ability to learn new applications quickly. Physical requirements involve standing, walking, sitting, using fine and gross motor skills, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, and smelling, with the ability to lift or carry up to 25 lb using proper body mechanics. • High school diploma preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills with diverse personalities. • Experience working with senior population. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new applications. • Able to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 25 lb, and perform fine/gross motor tasks.
