About the Role

The Lead Treasury Analyst is responsible for developing and executing enterprise‑wide funding, liquidity, and exposure‑management strategies. This role manages key analytical processes that protect the balance sheet, including FX and interest‑rate risk analytics, hedging execution and Treasury Management System governance. • Assess asset and liability exposures and execute hedging or offsetting transactions. • Analyze FX, interest rate, and market risks embedded in balance‑sheet exposures. • Use advanced analytics to devise hedging strategies and execute trades per Treasury governance. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal risk frameworks, and Treasury policies. • Advise managers and partners on Treasury impacts of projects and processes. • Coordinate with Treasury colleagues, investors, banks and liquidity providers on exposure and funding. • Participate in or lead small projects with 3‑6 month delivery and 2‑12 month impact horizons.

What You Bring

The role requires close partnership with Treasury, Controllership, FP&A and external financial institutions, yet flexibility may be available depending on business and cycle needs. • Own Treasury Management System governance, including exposure modules, workflows and controls. • Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years finance experience). • Minimum 3 years experience in exposure management or related Treasury functions. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities. • Ability to lead moderate‑scope initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills. • Experience with Treasury systems, capital markets fundamentals or financial risk management.
