About the Role

Installs, repairs, and dismantles fabric tents and related structures, ensuring safety and functionality throughout the contract period. Responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, operating forklifts and scissor lifts, and maintaining a clean, organized worksite. • Install, repair, and takedown fabric tents and related structures on job sites. • Load, unload, and transport equipment using forklifts, scissor lifts, and man‑baskets. • Perform site clean‑up, inspect tents for damage, and complete required paperwork. • Use hand tools and follow safety protocols, including OSHA construction site safety.

What You Bring

The Field Installer position follows a 2‑week on / 1‑week off schedule and requires candidates to be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass drug, background, and motor vehicle checks. This entry‑level role reports to a Field Supervisor and involves the physical demands of lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication skills, and basic math abilities. Willingness to travel extensively is required, and candidates must complete in‑house Tenting 101 and OSHA construction safety certifications, as well as be proficient with all‑terrain lifts and other equipment. • Travel up to 80 % of the time on assignments across the United States. • Must be 21+ years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass drug and background checks. • Complete in‑house Tenting 101 and OSHA certifications; operate all‑terrain lifts.
