Job Highlights
About the Role
The Regional Facilities Support role provides maintenance support across multiple properties within a designated region. Responsibilities include technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality. The position requires traveling between sites, completing work orders, performing make‑ready tasks and supporting cost‑control initiatives. • Assist multiple regional properties with make‑ready, work orders, curb appeal, and capital projects. • Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and performing repairs per policy and code. • Execute the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections. • Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs. • Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking. • Maintain grounds and common areas through trash removal, pressure‑washing, cleaning, and painting as required. • Support cost‑saving initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and minimizing material waste. • Participate in safety programs, attend meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents. • Inspect contractor and vendor work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. • Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety and maintenance concerns and communicate them to management. • Flexibly adjust work schedule based on business needs, including non‑standard hours. • Attend work regularly and in person during scheduled hours.
