Job Highlights
About the Role
• Develop and manage cost control systems to deliver accurate, timely financial information. • Plan, track, analyze, and report on projects of various contract types, ensuring compliance with CPFF and FFP policies. • Facilitate Work Breakdown Structure development in collaboration with program management, procurement, and finance. • Analyze project data and create visual presentations to illustrate cost status. • Forecast variances, manage change orders, and provide financial analysis to proactively control cost, schedule, and performance. • Build and maintain revenue recognition models, EACs, ETCs, and burn‑rate analyses using advanced Excel. • Maintain project budgets, perform monthly variance analysis, and communicate risks such as overruns or underspending. • Manage subcontracts and purchase orders, including requisitions, invoice processing, and accruals. • Produce ad‑hoc reports to support performance analysis and decision‑making. • Conduct financial analysis to help projects understand performance and transactions.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have 5‑10 years of government contract financial management experience, familiar with CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts. Required skills include strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, advanced Excel financial modeling, and effective communication across departments. The position is part of the corporate team and does not require a security clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; 5–10 years government contract financial management experience. • Knowledge of Cost‑Reimbursable (CPFF), Firm Fixed‑Price (FFP), and Time‑and‑Material (T&M) contracts. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis; familiar with Word and project management tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to collaborate across multiple departments. • Preferred experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Reporting.
