About the Role

In this role, you will oversee the overall training operation, ensuring that learning activities are coordinated, records are accurate, and compliance requirements are met. • Administer and update the Learning Management System (LMS). • Schedule and coordinate training sessions and logistics. • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and attendance. • Generate training reports and analyze data for insights. • Prepare and distribute training materials and resources. • Support employees with LMS access and training-related questions. • Recommend process improvements to enhance training efficiency. • Monitor compliance to ensure required courses are completed on schedule.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree and brings at least two years of experience in training coordination or data management, with proven expertise in using LMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, project management, data management, or a related field. • Minimum two years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management. • Strong proficiency with LMS platforms and digital data systems. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Excellent communication, organization, and customer support abilities. • Ability to analyze data and maintain high accuracy in recordkeeping.
