About the Role
• Lead medium to large civil infrastructure projects, managing 5–10 engineers and technicians. • Plan and control workloads to meet programme, budget, and quality targets. • Provide specialist technical input for studies and design work. • Conduct quality assurance and technical reviews of team deliverables. • Develop cost estimates and schedule programs for complex projects. • Support business development to secure new property and development work.

What You Bring
• Extensive UK development‑led infrastructure engineering experience in private or consultancy settings. • Civil Engineering degree or related discipline. • Chartered Engineer status (MICE). • Expertise in drainage design, piped systems, SuDS, storage design and InfoDrainage software. • Experience preparing contract drawings/specifications and negotiating Sections 38, 278, 104, and 106 agreements.
