About the Role

• Define and guide the strategic plan for client portfolios. • Oversee delivery of services, culture development, and process execution across offices. • Manage client relations to ensure project team performance and client satisfaction. • Establish and develop relationships with potential clients alongside Marketing & Business Development. • Promote staff development, forecast staffing needs, and lead recruitment initiatives. • Participate in executive, board, and management meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct high‑level QA/QC reviews. • Conduct regular 5‑minute meetings with Production Director and Project Managers. • Hold executive, board, and major presentation meetings, as well as new‑hire interviews and client maintenance sessions.

What You Bring

The Client Executive serves as a senior manager within a rapidly expanding firm, interacting with senior representatives of both existing and prospective clients and overseeing client relations for one or multiple accounts. This position calls for exceptional interpersonal abilities combined with a confident yet personable approach. • Require a state architectural registration and at least 15 years of architectural experience, including 10 years in project team leadership. • Must have prior K‑12 or higher‑education project experience.
