About the Role
The role involves preparing and managing equipment data, including asset registers, equipment hierarchies, and technical characteristics, as well as reviewing vendor documentation and creating SPIRs. Candidates will also be responsible for bill of materials management, enriching ERP data, and generating CMMS load files for SAP. • Prepare asset register using engineering drawings • Prepare equipment master technical characteristics from vendor documents • Prepare equipment hierarchy • Review vendor documents and create SPIR • Review spare parts and prepare bill of materials • Enrich existing bill of materials • Extract existing ERP data and enrich equipment master data • Prepare CMMS load file for SAP • Shape the technical backbone of the company and make a meaningful impact • Tackle challenging projects using advanced technologies

What You Bring
Applicants should have experience with tag extraction, equipment and BOM creation, and familiarity with SAP ERP. Maintenance background in oil and gas process equipment, material master creation, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings are also required. • Knowledge in tag extraction, equipment creation, and bill of material creation • Knowledge of SAP ERP system • Maintenance experience with oil and gas process equipment • Knowledge of reviewing engineering drawings
