What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in program management • Possess operational knowledge of production workflows and assembly line design • Demonstrate leadership and communication skills at all organizational levels • Proficient in English (80%+); strong MS Office computer skills • Able to lead diverse teams, travel up to 50% of the time
