About the Role
The position pays $22.00 per hour and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Lead is responsible for ensuring facility operations follow established policies and procedures, coordinating daily activities, delegating assignments, and providing guidance to staff. When the manager is absent, the Lead provides supervision at the assigned location and demonstrates standards that keep buildings clean and safe. The role also requires operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
