The role is for an experienced carpenter who also possesses skills in other trades, joining as a Multi‑Trade Operative to deliver first‑class maintenance, repairs, void works and property MOTs across East Grinstead, South Croydon and surrounding areas. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and will be subject to a basic criminal record check. • Valid UK driving licence required • Basic Criminal Record Check clearance needed • Eligibility to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship • Residency in England or Wales required for employment
