About the Role

The Cargo Technician role focuses on preparing equipment for outbound truck loads, assisting drivers with loading, unloading, and refueling, and ensuring the yard remains organized. The position also involves staging customer pick‑ups, helping customers load and unload, and accurately completing return tickets. • Stage outgoing equipment orders onto trucks per dispatch instructions • Load and unload equipment for drivers and customers • Refuel equipment as needed • Keep the returned equipment area organized • Stage customer pick‑ups and assist with loading/unloading • Complete customer return tickets accurately • Maintain a tidy yard and perform additional tasks assigned by the PCM • Perform physical tasks such as lifting 60 lb, bending, squatting, and crouching
