About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role will float between several properties and oversees leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Responsibilities include showcasing units, processing leases, managing resident inquiries, and supporting retention initiatives while maintaining accurate data and adhering to company policies. • Show properties, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and secure lease agreements. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing targets. • Perform administrative duties and support resident‑retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure satisfaction. • Implement and assist with annual marketing plans and ongoing market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and uphold community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor.

What You Bring
• Require high school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Physical ability to move, lift up to 25 lb, climb ladders, stand/sit for long periods, and work in varied conditions including overtime and weekends.

Benefits
Compensation is $18‑$19 per hour with a comprehensive total‑rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
