About the Role

The Account Executive will sell Aspire’s products and services, hit monthly and quarterly sales targets, and manage a robust sales pipeline through accurate forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic account planning. Responsibilities also include recording all prospect interactions in the CRM, developing and presenting value propositions, negotiating pricing and contracts, maintaining prompt client communication, prospecting key accounts, attending industry tradeshows, traveling as needed to close deals, and keeping forecasts up‑to‑date. • Sell Aspire’s software solutions to prospective landscape customers. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas. • Build and maintain a forecast‑accurate sales pipeline in the CRM. • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions. • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close deals. • Maintain prompt and consistent communication with all clients. • Prospect and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts. • Attend industry tradeshows and travel to close business as needed. • Leverage sales automation tools to scale pipeline generation.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least five years of experience building relationships and closing deals with B2B clients. Successful candidates will have a proven record of over‑achieving SaaS sales quotas, strong proficiency with sales automation tools, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a genuine passion for the landscaping or trades industry. • Demonstrate 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with quota overachievement. • Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and passion for the trades industry.
