About the Role
• Lead, oversee, supervise, and coordinate project activities. • Support growth of Colliers Engineering & Design’s architectural presence. • Act as Project Architect and AOR, assigning separate architect for larger projects as needed. • Ensure successful delivery of managed projects. • Serve as primary design liaison to clients and oversee construction documents. • Assign tasks and supervise design/production staff. • Collaborate with other office locations.

What You Bring
• 8+ years of architectural experience, preferably commercial; mid‑to‑senior level. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; required NY architectural licensure. • LEED accreditation preferred. • Strong knowledge of building codes, client‑facing communication, and business acumen. • Ability to mentor team members on technical and professional skills. • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. • Experience developing qualifications and fee proposals; interest in business development. • Project management experience in design/construction planning and execution. • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, meetings, and conferences. • Fluent in English for written and verbal communication.

Compensation ranges from $104,000 to $135,500, depending on qualifications.
