About the Role
As a Field Specialist • WBC, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple low to medium risk applications within the Wellbore Construction & Completions Product Group, expanding expertise to more complex or higher risk projects, and ensuring that all supplied equipment is compatible with other job equipment. The role includes providing front‑line customer support, completing all required paperwork accurately before or after jobs, delivering high‑quality products and services, conducting on‑the‑job training for certain applications, supporting workshop activities, traveling internationally when needed, handling special projects, and adhering to Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and core values. • Run multiple low to medium risk applications in one or more product lines within the Wellbore Construction & Completions group. • Expand application knowledge to handle increasing complexity or risk in Wellbore Construction and Liner Hanger. • Ensure supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used on the job. • Provide front‑line customer support and accurately complete all paperwork before or after the job. • Use experience and knowledge to deliver products and services of highest quality. • Conduct on‑the‑job training for specific Wellbore Construction/Completions applications as required. • Travel internationally to support other geographical regions when needed. • Support workshop activities. • Handle special projects as assigned. • Conduct business activities in compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements, and core values.

What You Bring
Work Experience. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have at least five years of experience in liner hanger/completions, with thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques, rig operations, and mechanical and application proficiency with wellbore construction and completions products. Strong communication skills, the ability to work varied schedules and be available for 24‑hour call‑outs are also required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Possess at least five years of experience in Liner Hanger/Completions. • Have thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and rig operations. • Demonstrate mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Construction & completions products. • Work well and communicate effectively with others. • Be available for varied work schedules and 24‑hour call‑outs as necessary.
