About the Role

In this role you will oversee all phases of utility construction, directing multiple crews, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will interpret drawings and specifications, resolve blueprint issues, supervise subcontractors, and maintain all employment‑related paperwork while promoting a safe work environment. • Provide high‑level customer service for escalated issues. • Direct and schedule multiple crews, supervising performance and job quality. • Review project schedules against deadlines and manage budgets to ensure on‑time completion. • Prepare and interpret drawings, blueprints, contracts, and specifications; resolve design issues. • Hire, onboard, and maintain employment paperwork; supervise subcontractors and monitor billing. • Promote a safe work environment and hold crews accountable for safety practices. • Participate in senior management, peer, and customer meetings; assist in estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred) and has 3‑5 years of experience managing telecom construction projects, with knowledge of coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. You are a problem‑solver who enjoys hands‑on work, maintains strong client and supplier relationships, and is proficient in Microsoft Office and custom software. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred) and 3‑5 years of telecom construction management experience. • Possess knowledge of coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, a hands‑on approach, and ability to maintain client and supplier relationships.
