About the Role

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician you will support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, and by installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment throughout the building. • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. • Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on material handling equipment (e.g., belts, motors, photo‑eyes, relays). • Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, parts used, and inventory. • Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills. • Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.

What You Bring

The role requires physical ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, use aerial lifts, and frequently lift up to 50 lb, while wearing appropriate PPE and working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and daily travel of 6–12 miles. • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years repairing MHE or automated conveyor systems. • 2+ years conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. • 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics; knowledge of electrical/electronic principles. • Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). • Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts. • Associate’s degree or higher in a mechanical or electrical field (preferred). • Familiarity with MHE safety standards and OEM requirements (preferred). • Experience with robotic operation and maintenance (preferred). • Ability to troubleshoot basic input and output functions (preferred).
