The Senior Resident Engineer (Roads & Infrastructure) role in Dubai focuses on managing construction supervision of infrastructure projects, directly contributing to the city’s expanding development. The position requires overseeing engineering scope, schedules, change management, and project closeout while ensuring budget and timeline compliance, and leading a supervision team on a high‑profile community development. • Manage engineering scope, schedules, change management, and project closeout to meet budget and timeline. • Lead the construction supervision team for infrastructure works on a high‑profile community development. • Coordinate with Dubai authorities and agencies for approvals and project handover. • Interface with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and deliverables. • Review work for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements. • Review and approve change orders, notifying project management of all changes. • Manage client expectations and provide periodic progress updates. • Ensure Parsons’ rights and obligations are fulfilled.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and possess at least 20 years of construction supervision experience on roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure projects in the UAE, with knowledge of NOC procedures, commissioning, and Dubai authority specifications. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. • Possess minimum 20+ years of construction supervision experience on roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure projects in the UAE, preferably Dubai. • Knowledge of NOC procedures, commissioning, and Dubai government authority specifications. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in engineering software and related computer tools. • Understand construction health, safety, and environmental standards. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Experience mentoring staff and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
