About the Role
The role is a senior‑level administrative specialist who provides advanced clerical and operational support to departmental managers. The specialist coordinates daily operations, records and reports data, and resolves most issues independently, with only the most complex matters escalated. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Create, distribute, and close customer tickets each day. • Maintain and share department information and daily reports. • Communicate operational and dispatch matters with supervisors and managers. • Use software tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor management. • Collect and report data for incentive‑pay programs. • Process payments and other financial tasks as required. • Support implementation of operational projects. • Communicate service issues to customers and schedule assignments to employees. • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and a discounted stock purchase plan.

What You Bring
