About the Role
We are seeking a site supervisor to lead construction activities on‑site, ensuring that projects are executed in line with architectural intent and client expectations. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and proactive management of quality, compliance, and documentation to keep projects on schedule and within standards. • Oversee construction site to ensure architectural design implementation per plans. • Monitor material and workmanship quality for compliance with specifications. • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and professionals to resolve design or construction issues. • Ensure construction activities meet local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. • Address on‑site issues and conflicts, adjusting plans as needed. • Prepare and present progress reports highlighting deviations and proposed solutions. • Maintain detailed site documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders. • Liaise with clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.
