About the Role
The Facility Operations Manager will oversee daily facility operations—including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and front‑desk services—while ensuring cleanliness, safety and compliance with health regulations. The role also monitors energy usage, drives sustainability initiatives, and develops facility‑management strategies that align with organizational goals, forecast resource needs, plan budgets and manage capital expenditures. Additionally, the manager optimizes space utilization, coordinates vendor contracts, supervises facility staff, establishes KPIs, and ensures risk mitigation through audits, compliance checks and contingency planning. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to match candidates with opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills and experience while safeguarding personal data in accordance with our privacy notice and candidate privacy statement. • Oversee daily facility operations such as maintenance, housekeeping, security, and front‑desk services • Ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations • Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives • Develop and execute facility‑management strategies aligned with organizational goals • Forecast resource needs, plan budgets and manage capital expenditures • Optimize space utilization and workplace design for productivity • Manage vendor contracts (maintenance, security, housekeeping, catering, etc.) and ensure accountability through KPIs and escalation paths • Supervise facility staff, including technicians and support personnel • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety, building codes and environmental laws • Prepare contingency plans for emergencies and operational continuity • Enhance employee experience by addressing facility feedback and supporting accessibility and inclusivity
