About the Role

The role involves safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on assigned transfer routes, following all OSHA, DOT, and company regulations while maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. Drivers are expected to operate vehicles and equipment safely and reliably, representing the community they serve by arriving on time, keeping neighborhoods clean, and delivering exceptional customer service. • Operate heavy‑duty truck safely in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company standards. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and report any issues. • Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or property damage to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Follow assigned routes, dump containers, clean customer sites, and position containers upright with lids securely replaced. • Submit customer tickets for excess yardage and complete all required documentation at the end of the route. • Communicate customer requests or problems to Dispatch or Operations Manager promptly. • Participate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as directed by Operations Management.

No formal education or prior experience is required, but applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B), and pass pre‑employment DOT drug screening, a physical exam, and a background check with an acceptable driving record.
