About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments, providing guidance, and supervising an assigned location when the Manager is not present. This role demonstrates established standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. • Supervise daily facility operations and enforce policies when manager absent • Delegate tasks, guide staff, and ensure a clean, safe environment • Operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals • Perform general janitorial duties as needed
