About the Role
The Facilities Manager Account Management role in Bangalore involves executing flawless technical activities. You will keep the company informed on operating and utilities costs, monitor invoices for technical services, and ensure contractors follow manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards. You will also oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, lighting, and other equipment, performing routine inspections, inventory, and documentation. Leadership is key to smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will supervise electricians, coordinate with superiors, peers, subordinates, and act as the main point of contact for vendors providing maintenance services. Reporting on maintenance activities and performance will be part of your mandate. Managing daily property operations includes overseeing client activities for the assigned facility, implementing building procedures, and driving compliance. You will promote best practices, improve processes, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Financial stewardship requires you to manage the site’s budget, accounting, and financial operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to enforce procurement processes and contract compliance. You will support team growth through training and coaching, nurture a collaborative culture, and maintain high motivation, trust, and work ethics among members. Engineering planning and management will keep the facility management team on track, driving functional stability, system improvements, and policy compliance while enabling rapid response to challenges. Risk mitigation plans must align with client procedures, and you will continually monitor critical equipment, evaluate reports, and lead improvement initiatives across sites. Maintaining high‑quality operations involves reviewing preventive maintenance programmes, ensuring service standards match regional procedures, and conducting quality assurance of M&E systems. Risk management duties include daily and weekly reporting on equipment risks, audit compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and escalation procedures. • Monitor technical service invoices and ensure alignment with manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards. • Oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other equipment. • Conduct routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of building systems. • Supervise electricians and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance services. • Prepare and submit maintenance activity reports. • Manage daily property operations, implement building procedures, and ensure compliance. • Promote best practices, improve processes, and enforce health and safety standards. • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for facilities issues. • Manage site budget, accounting, and financial operations, ensuring vendor compliance with contracts. • Coach and train team members, fostering a collaborative culture focused on performance excellence. • Plan and oversee engineering activities, drive system improvements, and ensure policy compliance. • Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans, evaluate critical equipment, and implement improvement actions. • Review preventive maintenance programs and ensure service standards align with regional procedures. • Conduct risk management reporting, including audit compliance and business continuity planning.

What You Bring
Strong client relationships are essential; you will serve as the primary contact for facilities‑related concerns and proactively meet client expectations. The ideal candidate holds an Electrical/Electronics Engineering degree, has at least four years of relevant experience, and possesses strong knowledge of policies, building maintenance, and people management.
