About the Role

As a member of the electrical engineering team, you will design electrical systems for oil & gas, power, and renewable energy projects. Work may range from conceptual studies and front‑end engineering design (FEED) to detailed design execution, procurement, and preparation of construction and commissioning documents for complete facilities. • Read and apply client specifications and international standards. • Prepare technical specifications and datasheets for electrical items. • Review and guide designers on electrical layouts and schematics. • Interpret power distribution schemes and single‑line diagrams (SLDs). • Perform load lists, load calculations, cable sizing, earthing, lighting calculations, and create cable schedules and interconnection diagrams. • Develop basic control schematics. • Lead a team of 5–10 engineers or designers. • Review vendor drawings for electrical and mechanical packages. • Apply relevant HSE requirements during assigned tasks.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and 12‑16 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial projects. Candidates must be proficient with MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, and have strong analytical skills for load calculations, cable sizing, and control schematics. • Maintain knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, and related equipment. • Possess experience with ETAP or SPEL (preferred). • Communicate effectively in written and oral forms. • Work effectively in a multicultural environment. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. • Have 12–16 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
