Jr Installer/Jr Technician

About the Role

• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment per specifications and local codes • Ensure safe operation of gas appliances and instruct customers on proper care • Perform flexible field or warehouse duties, including water‑heater installation • Build positive customer relationships and promote additional services • Provide tools, fully stocked trucks, and ongoing training • Maintain a predictable, stable work schedule • Foster an inclusive, award‑winning corporate culture • Maintain company vehicle to clean and safe standards

What You Bring

• Communicate and problem‑solve to achieve customer satisfaction • Hold minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; Gas Technician 3 required (Gas Tech 2 preferred) • possess an Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card and a valid Class G driver’s license • Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties • Physically capable of lifting 15 kg and working in varied weather conditions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Previous HVAC experience or knowledge of heating, cooling, and boiler trades preferred
