About the Role
• Manage end‑to‑end air operations, including filing, documentation, airline coordination, and timely shipment dispatch. • Prepare, verify, and submit air waybills, manifests, and regulatory documents per aviation and customs rules. • Coordinate with airline agents, ground staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound cargo movement. • Monitor flight schedules, delays, and capacity to optimise load planning and ensure timely uplift of consignments. • Ensure 100 % accuracy and timeliness of operational documents such as delivery records, pick‑up manifests, inspection reports, and shipment logs. • Audit and verify customer customs paperwork, commercial invoices, and regulatory declarations. • Maintain compliance with DGCA, customs, and local/state regulations for air cargo handling, safety, and hazardous materials. • Plan and prioritise daily tasks to meet turnaround times, service levels, and performance KPIs. • Coordinate with pickup/delivery teams to ensure correct shipment flow and timeline adherence. • Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and system updates to maintain inventory accuracy. • Use operational tools and scanning systems for accurate data recording, tracking, and reporting. • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation checks to ensure cargo, equipment, and workplace safety compliance. • Uphold all safety, security, and quality standards during cargo handling and movement. • Secure shipments and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, shipment issues, and documentation clarifications. • Escalate concerns to relevant teams and ensure timely resolutions. • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational flow, and revenue generation through value‑added services. • Support cross‑functional teams to achieve operational goals and service commitments. • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Achieve 100 % of KPIs related to turnaround time, accuracy, service quality, and safety standards.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold any graduate or post‑graduate degree and possess 5–8 years of warehouse management experience. Required competencies include supervision, budgeting, safety management, standards development, process management, surveillance, inventory control, reporting, analysis, equipment maintenance, judgment, and the ability to work proactively as a team player.
