About the Role
In this role you will source and evaluate candidates through multiple channels, keep pipelines filled, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure a professional candidate experience while maintaining accurate records in the ATS. You will also support hiring events and outreach initiatives as needed. • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume field positions. • Align hiring priorities with managers and regional leaders. • Source, screen and qualify candidates via job boards, social media and referrals. • Build and maintain active talent pipelines. • Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback and guide hiring decisions. • Ensure a timely, professional candidate experience. • Keep candidate data accurate in the ATS. • Assist with hiring events, job fairs and outreach activities. • Remain highly organized and handle multiple priorities. • Contribute to national growth through high‑impact recruiting. • Follow a clear contract‑to‑perm career path based on performance.

What You Bring
The Field Recruiter will own the full‑cycle, high‑volume hiring process for Renuity’s field operations, working closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to secure talent that drives business performance. This position is offered as a contract‑to‑permanent role with clear potential for long‑term advancement within the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate has 1‑3 years of recruiting experience in a high‑volume setting, strong communication and relationship‑building abilities, and the organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Bring 1–3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience. • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑building skills. • Thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus). • Possess a bachelor's degree (preferred).
