About the Role
The Salesforce IT Product Owner will define product vision, manage the North America Salesforce backlog, and ensure the structural integrity of the ecosystem. This role bridges high‑level sales strategy with scalable technical design, partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality software in iterative cycles. • Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to deliver high‑impact features. • Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories with technical acceptance criteria. • Serve as primary liaison between the North America Salesforce IT team and commercial business stakeholders. • Define release roadmaps, partner with product owners, and ensure quality of new functionalities. • Continuously evaluate performance metrics to optimize value and achieve ROI targets. • Design scalable, long‑term solutions that mitigate technical debt and support platform upgrades. • Govern platform health by monitoring governor limits, API usage, and security configurations. • Collaborate with technical architects and engineers to validate proofs of concept for emerging technologies such as Einstein AI or Data Cloud. • Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage backlogs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and bring at least eight years of Agile product management or technical business analysis experience, including five years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud. Required competencies include deep SDLC knowledge, Jira/Azure DevOps expertise, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize ROI while managing technical debt. • Possess Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect) and Scrum/SAFe Product Owner credentials.
