About the Role
• Develop and execute organic social media strategy across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube. • Create and publish real‑time, culturally relevant content and maintain content calendars. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce visual and multimedia assets. • Monitor, engage, and grow online communities, responding to inquiries and providing insights. • Implement and measure employee advocacy programs while ensuring policy compliance. • Support paid social initiatives and optimize performance using analytics.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. • 5+ years creating and publishing content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • 2+ years experience with Sprout Social or similar management tools. • 2+ years in design, photography, video, or copywriting for social media. • Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills. • Preferred: experience with boosted posts, Asana, Canva, and data‑driven decision making.
