About the Role

Come join our amazing team at The Fountains Resort in Orlando, FL as a Seasonal Pool Food & Beverage Server. The role involves maintaining a clean, professional work area while delivering the highest standards of beverage and food service with timely and courteous interactions. You will serve both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks and uphold our Inspired Hospitality culture toward members, owners, guests, and teammates. Key duties encompass opening and closing responsibilities, keeping the service area clean and organized, greeting guests promptly, taking accurate orders, demonstrating menu knowledge, retrieving items from the kitchen and bar, using the POS system correctly, completing end‑of‑day paperwork, and performing general cleaning tasks. • Complete all opening and closing duties • Supervise and maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service area throughout the shift • Greet guests promptly, courteously, and professionally, anticipating their needs • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests • Retrieve orders from designated areas and coordinate with cooks and bartenders • Accurately input orders in the POS system, open tabs per SOPs, and present checks while following payment and cash handling procedures • Complete end‑of‑day paperwork as outlined by Accounting SOP • Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health code standards

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have 0‑3 years of related experience, are at least 21 years old, can handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 30 lb and working in varying conditions, and present a clean, professional appearance in accordance with the dress code. • Demonstrate knowledge of food menu, beverages, presentation, and preparation • 0‑3 years related experience • Minimum age of 21 years • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: bend, lift up to 30 lb, reach overhead, climb, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, and work in limited space • Ability to work in moderate noise, outdoor weather conditions, high places, extreme heat or cold • Clean, presentable appearance and adherence to company dress code
