About the Role

The role is responsible for leading multi‑discipline real‑estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for delivering commercial fit‑out projects across EMEA. It focuses on ensuring projects meet client expectations while adhering to technical and regulatory standards. The position oversees the full project lifecycle, from defining scope and objectives with stakeholders to managing resources, budgets, schedules, and risks. It requires coordination of internal teams and third‑party vendors, rigorous monitoring using tools such as MS Project, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution. • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and assess technical feasibility. • Ensure resource availability and allocate staff effectively. • Create detailed MS Project plans to monitor timelines and progress. • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques. • Measure performance with KPIs and report status to management. • Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project. • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks. • Produce and keep comprehensive project documentation. • Lead client briefings to capture detailed ordering requirements. • Delegate tasks based on junior staff strengths and experience. • Track short‑ and long‑term goals against performance metrics. • Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis to meet budget objectives. • Administer construction contracts (JCT or equivalents) and advise on procurement routes. • Chair client and construction meetings, providing thorough minutes.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 2–4 years of proven project‑management experience in real‑estate, capable of handling multiple projects through programming, design, construction, occupancy and close‑out. Strong communication, organizational, and financial analysis skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and PMP or PRINCE II certification considered an advantage. • 2–4 years proven experience managing real estate projects end‑to‑end. • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously through programming, design, construction, occupancy and close‑out. • Strong client‑facing, written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational ability with attention to detail and multitasking. • Working knowledge of financial concepts, capable of calculating percentages, discounts, commissions and conducting financial analysis. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project required. • PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
