In this position you will coordinate the daily operation of lifeguards and their rotations in the pool area. Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to a collective bargaining agreement. • Apply knowledge of water rescue, lifeguarding, and first‑aid practices • High School Diploma or GED required • Hold or obtain lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications • Ability to tolerate humidity, temperature extremes, dust and noise • Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 25 lb unaided and handling persons over 100 lb occasionally
