About the Role

The Senior Project Manager serves as the owner’s representative on medium to large hospitality and resort projects, most recently supporting a marquee client in Chicago. This role leads all deliverables, oversees scope, cost, and schedule, and ensures effective communication with the client. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, defining technical scope, reviewing cost estimates, maintaining monthly budgets, and providing regular reports. The Senior PM also manages conflict resolution, coordinates client communications, and drives project objectives to successful completion. • Lead project teams on medium to large hospitality/resort projects as owner's representative. • Define technical scope and oversee cost, schedule, and risk management. • Coordinate client communications and deliver weekly/monthly status reports. • Manage project budgets, forecast expenditures, and review cost estimates. • Resolve project‑level conflicts and align outcomes with client objectives. • Monitor and mentor team performance, providing clear instructions and feedback. • Track project metrics, adjust plans, and hold team accountable for results. • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leaders. • Create development plans for direct reports and support team growth. • Apply creativity and resourcefulness to meet compressed timelines. • Maintain or pursue certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED.

What You Bring

Preferred candidates hold a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, along with at least eight years of relevant experience. Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED are highly valued. • Hold a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Possess 8+ years of project, engineering, or construction management experience.
