About the Role
KBR maintains and manages Army stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion – Charleston (AFSBn‑CHS) land site, covering logistics and maintenance operations. The APS‑3 program, executed from Goose Creek, supports the Army’s power‑projection doctrine by maintaining Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, and IX items to ensure optimal readiness. KBR also provides maintenance services and logistical support for additional Army programs as required by the contract. The Logistics Analyst Planner will support the APS‑3 program by creating project plans, integrated schedules, and forecasting tools that strengthen logistics readiness. Coordination with AFSBn‑CHS and program leadership is required to execute and improve logistics operations, contribute to asset management and KPI reporting, and produce professional documentation. The role also assists with proposals, cost estimates, and upholds KBR’s Zero Harm safety standards. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans that address scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk, procurement, and stakeholder communication. The analyst will participate in the execution, direction, and evaluation of logistical actions, develop high‑level master schedules, refine forecast methods, and generate asset‑management products and KPI reports. Strong professional writing, proposal preparation, and adherence to safety policies are also essential. • Develop APS-3 project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk, procurement, and stakeholder communication. • Create and maintain high‑level integrated master schedules for logistics operations. • Refine forecasting methods to anticipate customer requirements. • Produce asset management products and KPI reports. • Write clear, concise emails, reports, and documentation for diverse stakeholders. • Assist in preparing proposals and cost estimates. • Uphold KBR’s Zero Harm safety policies.

What You Bring
Basic qualifications require U.S. citizenship with a valid passport, the ability to obtain a Common Access Card and a Secret security clearance, and local base access. Candidates must have working knowledge of GCSS‑Army, be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite—especially MS‑Project, Excel, Word, and Power BI—and possess SQL experience for data extraction and analysis. Physical requirements include standing 2‑3 hours daily, walking 4‑5 hours, occasional lifting of 35‑50 lb, and the ability to work in non‑climate‑controlled environments. Preferred qualifications include prior military or Army staff operations experience, Lean Six Sigma training or certification, and PMI project‑management or scheduling certificates. Meeting medical readiness and training requirements for deployment, holding a Secret clearance, and having a bachelor’s degree or five years of specialized military or contracting experience are also valued. • Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid passport and obtain a Secret clearance. • Possess working knowledge of GCSS‑Army and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS‑Project, Excel, Word, and Power BI. • Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. • Meet physical requirements: standing 2‑3 hours, walking 4‑5 hours, lifting up to 35‑50 lb, and ability to work in non‑climate‑controlled environments. • Preferred: military operations experience, Lean Six Sigma certification, PMI project‑management credentials, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
