About the Role
• Develop and lead procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational goals. • Drive cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance across procurement functions. • Lead, mentor, and ensure governance of the procurement team. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors and suppliers. • Negotiate high‑value contracts to secure best value. • Build and maintain long‑term supplier relationships, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery. • Align procurement activities with project schedules and budgets, ensuring material and service availability. • Oversee procurement for civil, MEP, and specialized project requirements. • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations. • Monitor procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Maintain transparency and governance in all procurement processes.

What You Bring
• 18–22 years of experience in procurement, project & cost management, and vendor strategy within infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or real estate sectors. • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management. • Proven track record in large‑scale project procurement. • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with procurement systems and ERP tools.
