About the Role
The Busser/Runner plays a key role in the Food and Beverage Service Department, handling food and beverage delivery, table clearing, and station maintenance while maintaining high standards of safety and service. • Deliver food and beverage items to guests, ensuring correct seat placement. • Clear plates, glassware, and silverware promptly; refill water glasses as needed. • Restock and maintain the runner station clean and organized each meal period. • Assist kitchen staff with plating accuracy, condiments, and sauce delivery. • Provide brief explanations of menu items and respond to guest inquiries. • Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and security policies, including ServSafe standards. • Attend briefings, meetings, and trainings as required. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and handle physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lb.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three months of experience in a fine‑dining or high‑volume environment.
