About the Role

In this role you will manage client, team, and project coordination, ensure full documentation with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and civil consultants, and act as the communication hub among the project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials. You will provide technical guidance, develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges, maintain project manuals and specifications, and oversee site visits, submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction. • Coordinate clients, team, and documentation with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and civil consultants. • Serve as communication hub among project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials. • Deliver technical guidance and innovative solutions for complex design challenges. • Maintain project manuals and specifications throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction.

What You Bring

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, at least eight years of experience in a commercial design firm—including interior projects—and a licensed or registered architect status. Candidates must be proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, and possess working knowledge of building codes, standards, construction methods, and structural systems. A portfolio PDF must accompany the resume. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. • Minimum 8 years experience in commercial design, including interiors. • Licensed or registered architect status. • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, construction methods, and structures; portfolio PDF required.

The base salary range is estimated between $80,000 and $110,000, plus bonuses and benefits, depending on experience.
