About the Role

In this role you will set up lane closures according to MUTCD regulations and direct traffic safely through construction zones, working under the guidance of a Traffic Control Foreman or Crew Foreman. • Set up lane closures on high‑traffic projects in compliance with MUTCD regulations. • Safely direct traffic through lane closures and construction zones. • Assist crew with manual labor duties when required.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of traffic control experience, preferably on large‑scale highway projects, and demonstrate a commitment to safety, leadership, and teamwork. Additional preferences include ATSSA certification, flexibility for overtime, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. • Minimum 2 years experience as a traffic control technician. • Experience on large‑scale highway construction projects such as interstates and state highways. • ATSSA Traffic Control Technician Certification preferred. • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and strong work ethic. • Ability to lead and work as a team player. • Willingness to be trained to flag/regulate traffic per MUTCD guidelines. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
