About the Role

Daily responsibilities include advising DoD clients and JLL leads on large‑scale P3 projects, preparing quarterly performance, compliance and operations reports, drafting technical memos and briefing materials, analyzing market and demographic data, reviewing legal and financial documents, conducting on‑site assessments, supporting client training, maintaining a financial database and document‑management site, and building/updating real‑estate financial pro‑forma models. • Advise DoD clients and JLL leads on large‑scale public‑private partnership housing projects. • Prepare quarterly asset performance, compliance, and operations reports. • Draft technical memos, briefing materials, and conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses. • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real‑estate market data. • Review legal documents, financial reports, and operating plans for due diligence. • Conduct on‑site assessments of housing property operations. • Support client training sessions and stakeholder communications. • Maintain financial database and document‑management website. • Build and update financial pro‑forma models for large housing projects.

What You Bring

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with 0‑3 years of experience, possess advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, have basic knowledge of real‑estate finance, and be able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment; travel up to 25 % nationally is required. A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy or a related field and familiarity with housing operations are preferred. The role is based on‑site in Washington, DC and does not provide visa sponsorship. • Hold U.S. citizenship and 0‑3 years relevant experience. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and basic real‑estate finance knowledge. • Ability to multitask, solve problems and travel up to 25 % nationally. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy, and knowledge of housing operations.
