About the Role
The position provides oversight, governance, and implementation of the Supply Chain and Seven Step Sourcing processes, acting as the primary liaison between suppliers and business‑unit stakeholders. What You Bring
The role is fully remote for U.S. candidates who can work a corporate day‑shift on Eastern or Central Standard Time. Up to 15% travel may be required for client‑site and internal team meetings. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least eight years of relevant experience, strong project and change‑management skills, and deep knowledge of category and supply‑management practices. Candidates must demonstrate data‑analysis ability, negotiation and conflict‑management expertise, and the capacity to influence executive audiences. Preferred candidates have expertise in IT services or consulting categories, experience with enterprise‑wide strategic negotiations, and a solid understanding of Constellation’s supply‑chain cost drivers and business‑unit operations. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum eight years of relevant supply‑chain or category‑management experience. • Proven project and change‑management capabilities. • Strong data‑analysis skills to assess financial impacts of sourcing decisions. • Excellent negotiation, conflict‑management, and communication abilities. • Ability to influence and present to executive audiences. • Solid understanding of contract terms, supply‑chain cost drivers, and overall supply‑chain processes.
