What You Bring
The Class B CDL Driver will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites, operating a flatbed or roll‑back truck in urban, suburban, and rural settings. The role requires safe driving in tight construction zones and the ability to handle the physical demands of bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license that includes a Class B CDL and a clean driving record. Candidates with prior experience loading, unloading, or driving tools and equipment, as well as mechanical troubleshooting skills, are highly valued. • Have steady hours with overtime potential • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Valid Driver’s license with Class B CDL certification & safe driving record • Previous experience driving, loading and unloading tools or equipment • Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site • Customer service focused attitude • Bi-lingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Base pay ranges from $24.05 to $36.07 hourly, with the starting rate determined by location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package—including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life and travel insurance, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance—on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
