About the Role

You will work closely with other departments, uphold a hospitality mindset, and take ownership of service requests and complaints to ensure they are resolved within the agreed turnaround time. Daily rounds, emergency response, and coordination of events are also part of the responsibilities. • Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer experience and share feedback for service improvement. • Maintain a hospitality outlook and presentable appearance at all times. • Own and resolve service requests or complaints within the defined turnaround time. • Conduct daily premises rounds and report any lapses or observations to the relevant team. • Perform timely customer feedback surveys and share reports with client or management. • Respond to emergency situations according to JLL policies and contact appropriate authorities. • Follow established lost‑and‑found procedures. • Attend training programs at the site or JLL office. • Monitor priority requests by checking daily emails and communications. • Receive and handle calls and emails from clients. • Ensure complaints are closed with proper communication to all stakeholders. • Assist with filing, inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, and dashboards. • Update the handover/takeover register before the end of each shift for all tasks. • Manage and participate in events, overseeing general maintenance and guest handling.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has a relevant hospitality education with 1‑2 years of experience or 2‑3 years in client‑facing service roles, strong English and Hindi communication skills, and the willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer literacy in MS Office and mobile applications is preferred. • Minimum 1‑2 years hospitality education or 2‑3 years client‑service experience. • Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Basic proficiency with computers, mobile applications, and MS Office suite.
