About the Role

In this role you will provide supplier governance for outsourced maintenance, manage multidisciplinary teams on capital projects, oversee RFPs and ensure project completion, control budgets for expenses, capital and utilities, and implement energy‑reduction initiatives. You will also enforce safety and security protocols, conduct regular service review meetings, support carbon‑reduction and electrification projects, and collaborate with Real Estate and Strategic teams on new building construction and site delivery. • Oversee supplier governance for outsourced maintenance providers. • Manage multidisciplinary teams on capital projects. • Lead RFP processes and ensure timely completion of capital projects. • Control budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness across expenses, capital, and utilities. • Implement energy‑reduction initiatives to lower overall consumption. • Enforce safety and security protocols at all locations. • Conduct regular service review meetings to improve performance and processes. • Support carbon‑reduction and electrification projects across sites. • Collaborate with Real Estate and Strategic teams on new building construction and site delivery.

What You Bring

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Facilities Manager and lead the transformation of our workplace infrastructure. We are seeking a passionate professional to oversee comprehensive facilities operations and drive excellence in maintaining organizational spaces. Successful candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or a related field, and bring at least five years of facilities management and maintenance experience. A proven track record in capital project management, business case development, and strong leadership abilities are essential, along with expertise in building systems, safety regulations, vendor management and problem‑solving. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or related field. • 5+ years of facilities management and maintenance operations experience. • Proven track record in capital project management. • Ability to develop business cases. • Experience with energy reduction (preferred). • Knowledge of safety and security protocols (preferred). • Strong leadership and team supervision skills. • Expertise in building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance protocols. • Excellence in vendor management and contract negotiation. • Outstanding organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
